# Preparation Steps:

01 - Slice the mini bagels horizontally and arrange them cut-side up on a large serving platter in the shape of the Olympic rings with five interlocking circles.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Separate the cream cheese mixture equally into five bowls. Add black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red pepper, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring to each bowl respectively; mix thoroughly.
