This cheese plate has become my go-to for gatherings since it pleases a variety of tastes and requires minimal preparation.

Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 80 g Brie cheese, 80 g Aged Cheddar cheese, 80 g Blue cheese, 80 g Goat cheese
  • Crackers: 120 g cracker rings (or any round crackers)
  • Fruit and Accompaniments: 1 small bunch of red grapes, 1 small apple sliced, 1 small pear sliced, 2 tbsp honey, 30 g walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • Garnishes: Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs

Instructions

Arrange cheeses:
Arrange the assorted cheeses on a large platter spacing them evenly.
Place crackers:
Fan the cracker rings around or between the cheeses for easy access.
