Ingredients
- Cheeses: 80 g Brie cheese, 80 g Aged Cheddar cheese, 80 g Blue cheese, 80 g Goat cheese
- Crackers: 120 g cracker rings (or any round crackers)
- Fruit and Accompaniments: 1 small bunch of red grapes, 1 small apple sliced, 1 small pear sliced, 2 tbsp honey, 30 g walnuts or pecans (optional)
- Garnishes: Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Arrange cheeses:
- Arrange the assorted cheeses on a large platter spacing them evenly.
- Place crackers:
- Fan the cracker rings around or between the cheeses for easy access.
